I am thinking about picking up trumpet again and need some help?

I used to play trumpet about two years ago and quit when i graduated high school and started college. I am thinking about picking it back up but I live in a dorm and don’t want to bother my roommates and neighbors. Does anyone have a cheap doable solution to this problem? Thanks!!
